SciComm monitors the work performed for its clients. These audits are conducted both internally and externally.

Internal Performance Audits

SciComm maintains an internal client satisfaction auditing system. This system involves distributing annual performance surveys, compiling the data, analyzing the results, and taking any corrective action, if required. SciComm will gladly share the results of the audits with any current or prospective client.

Independent Performance Audits

In addition, an independent client satisfaction audit is conducted each year by Dun and Bradstreet. Again, the results are readily available to current or prospective clients.
